Pipe fittings. Welding defects castings. Technical requirements

Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time

The standard applies to pipeline valves: hazardous production facilities, supervised by Rostekhnadzor, general industrial use, operating in various industrial environments, other purposes (except for NPP, Sudprom) and establishes requirements for welding defects in cast parts from carbon and alloyed steel, high-alloyed steels and alloys, cast iron and titanium alloys and establishes the procedure for the preparation and correction of defects in cast parts, as well as requirements for methods of welding defects in castings, contains basic overt technical requirements for the cutting and welding of defective areas, heat treatment after welding, quality control of welded sections (welding places) and design of technical documentation for welding.
