The standard applies to pipeline valves for various industries and establishes: general requirements and recommendations for the development of repair documentation for specific products; general requirements for the organization and conduct of repairs aimed at ensuring industrial and environmental safety, improving the quality of repairs and reliability of valves during operation; volume and methods of fault detection, methods of repair, methods of control, adjustment, transportation and storage of reinforcement after repair, methods of testing components during the repair process; technological recommendations in the manufacture and restoration of parts and components of valves; allowable repair dimensions, within which it is possible to carry out repairs of parts and assemblies, as well as defects at which parts and fittings of the fittings cannot be repaired; volumes, test methods for assembled valves and comparison of quality indicators of repaired valves with their standard and pre-repair values.
Стандарт распространяется на трубопроводную арматуру для различных отраслей промышленности и устанавливает: общие требования и рекомендации по разработке ремонтной документации для конкретных изделий; общие требования к организации и проведению ремонта, направленные на обеспечение промышленной и экологической безопасности, повышение качества ремонта и надежности арматуры при эксплуатации; объем и методы дефектации, способы ремонта, методы контроля, настройки, транспортирования и хранения арматуры после ремонта, методы испытаний составных частей в процессе ремонта; технологические рекомендации при изготовлении и восстановлении деталей и узлов арматуры; допустимые ремонтные размеры, в пределах которых можно проводить ремонт деталей и узлов, а также дефекты, при которых детали и узлы арматуры ремонту не подлежат; объемы, методы испытаний арматуры в сборе и сравнение показателей качества отремонтированной арматуры с ее нормативными и доремонтными значениями.
