The standard applies to the active zones of reactor installations (RP) in nuclear facilities (OIAE), including nuclear icebreakers, except for objects under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, their components, semi-finished products and establishes the requirements for the order: product development; completing technical documentation at the stages of the work; testing mock-ups, experimental and prototypes; registration of test results; development, consideration, approval and approval of technical documentation necessary for the organization of mass production; registration (introduction) of changes in technical documentation. The document is subject to application by organizations (enterprises) located on the territory of the Russian Federation that have a license for the right to carry out relevant activities, regardless of the organizational and legal norms of ownership, both belonging to a corporation and participating in the performance of work under contracts with the corporation for the design and manufacture of active zones and their components of nuclear reactors atomic energy facilities, except those under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
Стандарт распространяется на активные зоны реакторных установок (РУ) в объектах использования атомной энергии (ОИАЭ), в том числе атомных ледоколов, кроме объектов подведомственных Министерству Обороны РФ, их составные части, полуфабрикаты и устанавливает требования к порядку: разработки изделий; комплектования технической документации на стадиях проводимых работ; проведения испытаний макетов, экспериментальных и опытных образцов; оформления результатов испытаний; разработки, рассмотрения, согласования и утверждения технической документации, необходимой для организации серийного производства; оформления (внесения) изменений в техническую документацию. Документ подлежит применению расположенными на территории Российской Федерации организациями (предприятиями), имеющими лицензию на право соответствующей деятельности, независимо от организационно-правовых норм собственности, как входящими в корпорацию, так и участвующими в выполнении работ по контрактам с корпорацией по разработке и изготовлению активных зон и их составных частей ядерных реакторов объектов использования атомной энергии, кроме объектов подведомственных Министерству обороны Российской Федерации.
