Crude Oil Metering Oil Production Facilities
Status: Effective
The recommendation establishes the basic provisions on the procedure for the commercial accounting of crude oil at oil-producing enterprises, quantifying the net mass of crude (unprepared) oil in the quantitative determination with the method of direct measurement using mass flow meters and volume-volume dynamic indirect measurement method.
