Technical recommendations establish a unified procedure for the production of technical control, acceptance and quality assessment in the construction and overhaul of pavements of city streets and roads, as well as pavements arranged during landscaping of yard territories. Technical recommendations include: - implementation of technical quality control of works; - technical documentation of quality in the process of their production and acceptance; - assessment of the quality of work performed during construction or overhaul; - intermediate acceptance from the contractor of the construction of street and road pavement construction, or acceptance from the contractor by the work commission of the customer for the overhaul of road pavements; - acceptance of the completed pavements for construction or overhaul.
Технические рекомендации устанавливают единый порядок производства технического контроля, приемки и оценки качества при строительстве и капитальном ремонте дорожных покрытий городских улиц и дорог, а также дорожных покрытий, устраиваемых при благоустройстве дворовых территорий. Технические рекомендации предусматривают: - осуществление технического контроля качества работ; - техническое документирование качества в процессе их производства и приемки; - оценку качества работ, выполненных при строительстве или капитальном ремонте; - промежуточную приемку от подрядчика законченных строительством работ по устройству покрытий улиц и дорог, или приемку от подрядчика рабочей комиссией заказчика работ по капитальному ремонту дорожных покрытий; - приемку в эксплуатацию законченных строительством или капитальным ремонтом дорожных покрытий.
