Technical recommendations apply to: - construction of foundations for single-stage construction and coatings arranged at the 1st stage for two-stage construction of the carriageway of streets and roads, sidewalks and grounds for various purposes in Moscow from rolled low-cement concretes with partial use in the preparation of secondary products processing of cement-concrete reinforced concrete structures and old asphalt concrete and local limestone; - on the construction of foundations and coatings of various road structures made of cast concrete with partial use in the preparation of secondary products for processing cement concrete (reinforced concrete) structures, old asphalt concrete, rubber flour and crumb from recycling worn tire covers.
Технические рекомендации распространяются: - на устройство оснований при одностадийном строительстве и покрытий, устраиваемых на 1-й стадии при двухстадийном строительстве проезжей части улиц и дорог, тротуаров и площадок различного назначения в г. Москве из укатываемых малоцементных бетонов с частичным использованием при их приготовлении вторичных продуктов переработки цементобетонных железобетонных конструкций и старого асфальтобетона и местных известняков; - на устройство оснований и покрытий различных дорожных конструкций из литых бетонов с частичным использованием при их приготовлении вторичных продуктов переработки цементобетонных (железобетонных) конструкций, старого асфальтобетона, резиновой муки и крошки от переработки изношенных автопокрышек.
