Status: Effective - Supersedes. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Resolution of the State Standard No. 814 of 06.06.91

The standard applies to bread produced from rye wallpaper, peeled, seeded flour or from a mixture of different varieties of rye and wheat flour, with the addition of malt, sugar, molasses and other raw materials in accordance with the recipe for each type of bread.

Стандарт распространяется на хлеб, вырабатываемый из ржаной обойной, обдирной, сеяной муки или из смеси различных сортов ржаной и пшеничной муки, с добавлением солода, сахара, патоки и другого сырья в соответствии с рецептурой для каждого вида хлеба.
