Технические условия распространяются на унифицированные каркасные асбестоцементные панели для стен и покрытий промышленных зданий с относительной влажностью воздуха помещений до 60%, строящихся в районах I-VII ветровых и I-V снеговых нагрузок и температурой наружного воздуха до минус 50 градусов Цельсия.
