The standard applies to hot smoked small fish: anchovy, goatfish (sultanka), sprat, smelt, sprat, Azov-Black Sea mackerel and horse mackerel, Pacific herring 17 cm or less in length, Atlantic and White Sea herring 13 cm or less in length, ripus, ripush sprat, hamsa, bull Azov-Black Sea.
