The instruction establishes the procedure for the development, coordination, approval and composition of project documentation for the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures on the territory of the Russian Federation and is intended for use by customers (investors), government bodies and supervisors, enterprises, organizations, associations, other legal entities and individuals ( including foreign) - participants of the investment process
