Status: The document is not up to date. Updated version of SP 50.13330.2012 Thermal protection of buildings

The rules and regulations apply to thermal protection of residential, public, industrial, agricultural and storage buildings and structures, in which it is necessary to maintain a certain temperature and humidity of the internal air. The standards do not apply to thermal protection: residential and public buildings heated periodically (less than 5 days a week) or seasonally (continuously less than three months a year); temporary buildings in operation no more than two heating seasons; greenhouses, greenhouses and refrigerator buildings. The level of thermal protection of these buildings is established by the relevant standards, and in their absence, by the decision of the owner (customer), while observing sanitary and hygienic standards. The rules for the construction and reconstruction of existing buildings of architectural and historical significance are applied in each particular case, taking into account their historical value on the basis of decisions of the authorities and coordination with state control bodies in the field of protection of historical and cultural monuments.

Нормы и правила распространяются на тепловую защиту жилых, общественных, производственных, сельскохозяйственных и складских зданий и сооружений, в которых необходимо поддерживать определенную температуру и влажность внутреннего воздуха. Нормы не распространяются на тепловую защиту: жилых и общественных зданий, отапливаемых периодически (менее 5 дней в неделю) или сезонно (непрерывно менее трех месяцев в году); временных зданий, находящихся в эксплуатации не более двух отопительных сезонов; теплиц, парников и зданий холодильников. Уровень тепловой защиты указанных зданий устанавливается соответствующими нормами, а при их отсутствии - по решению собственника (заказчика) при соблюдении санитарно-гигиенических норм. Нормы при строительстве и реконструкции существующих зданий, имеющих архитектурно-историческое значение, применяются в каждом конкретном случае с учетом их исторической ценности на основании решений органов власти и согласования с органами государственного контроля в области охраны памятников истории и культуры.
