The standard applies to pickled cucumbers, prepared from fresh cucumbers with the addition of seasonings and spices, filled with a solution of sodium chloride and subjected to lactic acid fermentation.
Стандарт распространяется на соленые огурцы, приготовленные из свежих огурцов с прибавлением к ним приправ и пряностей, залитых раствором поваренной соли и подвергнутых молочнокислому брожению.
