The standard applies to the breakdown of salted caviar made from grain of mature fish yashkas, canned with salt, with no added or with added preservatives. The standard does not apply to sturgeon and salmon caviar.
Стандарт распространяется на пробойную соленую икру, изготовленную из зерна зрелых ястыков рыб, консервированную поваренной солью, без добавления или с добавлением консервантов. Стандарт не распространяется на икру осетровых и лососевых рыб.
