The standard applies to poultry meat (carcasses of chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowls), produced by industrial enterprises for sale in the commercial network, public catering network, and for industrial processing, recognized by veterinary supervision suitable for food purposes.
Стандарт распространяется на мясо птицы (тушки кур, уток, гусей, индеек, цесарок), выпускаемое промышленными предприятиями для реализации в торговой сети, сети общественного питания, а также для промышленной переработки, признанное ветеринарным надзором годным на пищевые цели.
