The standard applies to salted tomatoes, prepared from fresh tomatoes with the addition of seasonings and spices, poured with a solution of sodium chloride and subjected to lactic acid fermentation.

Стандарт распространяется на соленые томаты, приготовленные из свежих томатов с прибавлением к ним приправ и пр��ностей, залитых раствором поваренной соли и подвергнутых молочнокислому брожению.
