Status: Effective. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Decree of the State Standard No. 1361 of 08/15/91
The standard applies to equipment and apparatus for flame treatment of metals (oxygen cutting machines; installations for local heating and surface hardening; installations for gas flux welding, soldering and surfacing; installations and apparatus for thermal spraying of coatings; torches and burners; gas; gearboxes; valves of oxygen and combustible gas cylinders) and establishes safety requirements for their design.
