Bitumen road emulsions. Technical requirements
Status: Not effective - Canceled in the Russian Federation. IUS 1-2004
The standard applies to bitumen road emulsions, which are a dark-brown liquid, obtained by dispersing bitumen in water with the addition of an emulsifier-surfactant. Bitumen emulsions are used as a binder or film-forming material in the construction and repair of roads. The recommended scope of emulsions by type of work is given in the recommended appendix to the standard.
