The standard establishes the nomenclature of the main indicators of the quality of alpha-numeric information transfer devices, signal conversion (modems) included in the technical research tasks (TOR for R & D) to determine the development prospects of this product, state standards with promising requirements (GOST OTT), as well as quality indicators included in the developed and revised product standards, technical tasks for development work (TK for development work), technical conditions (T ), Technical level and product quality card (KU).
Стандарт устанавливает номенклатуру основных показателей качества устройств передачи буквенно-цифровой информации, преобразования сигналов (модемы), включаемых в технические задания на научно-исследовательские работы (ТЗ на НИР) по определению перспектив развития этой продукции, государственные стандарты с перспективными требованиями (ГОСТ ОТТ), а также показателей качества, включаемых в разрабатываемые и пересматриваемые стандарты на продукцию, технические задания на опытно-конструкторские работы (ТЗ на ОКР), технические условия (ТУ), карты технического уровня и качества продукции (КУ).
