The standard applies to chilled fish of all families and species. The standard does not apply to Caspian salmon, salmon, nelma, white fish, anchovy, small herring (sprat, sprat, sprat), goby, glossa, ruff, smelt, killer whale, smelt, trifles of the second and third groups.
