Requirements for Chemical Products, Ensuring Their Safe Use in the Oil Industry

The document establishes uniform requirements for the oil industry for chemical products, rules and procedures for their admission to use in technological processes of oil production and transportation. The rules and procedures established by the document are mandatory for enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership when using chemical products of domestic and foreign production in the oil industry.
Документ устанавливает единые для нефтяной отрасли требования к химпродуктам, правила и порядок допуска их к применению в технологических процессах добычи и транспорта нефти. Правила и порядок, устанавливаемые документом, обязательны для предприятий и организаций всех форм собственности при применении химпродуктов отечественного и зарубежного производства в нефтяной отрасли.
