Status: Not effective
These building codes apply to the design of systems, alarm systems and engineering measures to strengthen the protection (hereinafter - technical security equipment) of various types of property (hereinafter - facilities) protected or to be transferred under protection to security units on the territory of the Russian Federation. These building codes do not apply to the design of technical means of protection for which there are special rules or requirements, including for banks and facilities under the supervision of the State Inspectorate for the Protection of Architectural Monuments.
Настоящие строительные нормы распространяются на проектирование систем, комплексов охранной сигнализации и инженерно-технических мероприятий по усилению охраны (в дальнейшем - технических средств охраны) объектов различных видов собственности (в дальнейшем - объектов), охраняемых или подлежащих передаче под охрану подразделениям охраны при органах внутренних дел на территории Российской Федерации. Настоящие строительные нормы не распространяются на проектирование технических средств охраны, на которые имеются специальные нормы или требования, в том числе для учреждений банков и объектов, находящихся под надзором Государственной инспекции по охране памятников архитектуры.
