Трубы металлические. Метод испытания на растяжение
Status: Effective - Supersedes. The limitation of the effectiveness period has been lifted: Protocol No. 7-95 of the IGU dated 01.03.95 (IUS 11-1995)
The standard establishes the method of static tensile testing of metal seamless, welded, bimetal pipes for determining at the temperature of 20 ° С the following characteristics: - yield strength (physical); - yield strength (conditional); - temporary resistance; - relative elongation after rupture; - relative narrowing after rupture. The standard does not apply to testing of welded joints and weld metal. The standard complies with ISO 6892-84 in terms of tensile testing of metal pipes (by the nature of the method, the condition for testing, processing of results).
Стандарт устанавливает метод статических испытаний на растяжение металлических бесшовных, сварных, биметаллических труб для определения при температуре 20 °С следующих характеристик: - предела текучести (физического); - предела текучести (условного); - временного сопротивления; - относительного удлинения после разрыва; - относительного сужения после разрыва. Стандарт не распространяется на испытание сварных соединений и металла сварных швов. Стандарт соответствует ИСО 6892-84 в части испытания на растяжение металлических труб (по сущности метода, условию проведения испытания, обработке результатов).
