Federal (standard) element cement consumption rates at manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products and structures

Federal (typical) elemental cement consumption rates are included in the general structure of the subsystem (complex) of norms and standards for the consumption of material resources in construction, developed in accordance with the established system of regulatory documents in construction, serve as the basis for developing all types of cement consumption standards for this subsystem. Typical elemental norms in concrete in the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products and structures apply to all types of construction of heavy, fine-grained and lightweight concrete. The provisions of this regulatory document are obligatory for governing bodies, enterprises, organizations, associations, regardless of their organizational and legal forms and departmental affiliation, as well as for organizations engaged in the development of norms and standards for the consumption of materials in construction.
Федеральные (типовые) элементные нормы расхода цемента входят в общую структуру подсистемы (комплекса) норм и нормативов расхода материальных ресурсов в строительстве, разработаны в соответствии с установленной Системой нормативных документов в строительстве, служат основой для разработки всех видов норм расхода цемента этой подсистемы. Типовые элементные нормы в бетоне при изготовлении бетонных и железобетонных изделий и конструкций распространяются на все виды строительства из тяжелых, мелкозернистых и легких бетонов. Положения настоящего нормативного документа обязательны для органов управления, предприятий, организаций, объединений независимо от организационно-правовых форм и ведомственной принадлежности, а также для организаций, осуществляющих разработку норм и нормативов расхода материалов в строительстве
