Status: Not effective - Superseded
This standard applies to newly developed and revised measurement methods (MMI), including methods of quantitative chemical analysis, and establishes general provisions and requirements for their development, certification, standardization and metrological supervision of them. The standard does not apply to MVI, the characteristics of the measurement error for which is determined in the process or after their application. The order of development and application, as well as the requirements for the specified MVI, are determined by the departments that develop and apply these MVIs. The standard does not apply to the methods of calibration (calibration) of measuring instruments, as well as the methods of measuring, contained in the manuals on the use of approved measuring instruments
