The standard applies to jams from fruits, berries, melons or pumpkins, prepared as appropriate, boiled with sugar or sugar syrup, with or without the addition of edible pectin, edible acids and spices, and establishes requirements for products manufactured for the needs of the national economy and export.
Стандарт распространяется на джемы из плодов, ягод, дыни или тыквы, подготовленных соответствующим образом, уваренных с сахаром или сахаро-паточным сиропом с добавлением или без добавления пищевого пектина, пищевых кислот и пряностей, и устанавливает требования к продукции, изготовляемой для нужд народного хозяйства и экспорта.
