The standard applies to methods of control static load testing to assess the strength, stiffness and crack resistance of concrete and reinforced concrete building products with non-stressed and pre-stressed steel reinforcement made from all types of concrete according to GOST 25192, except heat-resistant. The standard should be applied by testing laboratories certified in accordance with the established procedure for carrying out static testing of building products by loading, as well as by the organizations developing design documentation in which such tests are provided and the manufacturers of the products.
