Oil hand-over and acceptance points metrological and technical support

Status: Effective
The recommendation applies to the delivery and delivery points of commercial oil, which are part of the main oil pipelines, as well as at their borders, where they receive from suppliers and delivery to consumers of oil, and establishes the basic provisions for their metrological and technical support. The recommendation can be used by organizations and enterprises engaged in acceptance operations with liquid hydrocarbons.
Рекомендация распространяется на приемно-сдаточные пункты товарной нефти, находящиеся в составе магистральных нефтепроводов, а также на их границах, на которых осуществляют прием от поставщиков и сдачу потребителям нефти, и устанавливает основные положения по их метрологическому и техническому обеспечению. Рекомендация может быть использована организациями и предприятиями, осуществляющими приемо-сдаточные операции с жидкими углеводородами.
