Storage of petroleum and petroleum products. Fire safety norms.
Склады нефти и нефтепродуктов. Противопожарные нормы.
Status: Effective
Standards apply to the warehouses of petroleum and petroleum products and establish fire protection requirements for them. The standards do not apply to: warehouses of oil and oil products of non-civil purposes, designed according to special standards; liquefied petroleum gas warehouses; warehouses of oil and oil products with a vapor pressure of more than 93.1 kPa (700 mm. Hg. Art.) at a temperature of 20 degrees. WITH; warehouses of synthetic fat substitutes; underground storages of oil and oil products constructed by geotechnological and mountain methods in rock massifs impenetrable for these products, and ice-ground deposits for oil and oil products; tanks and other containers for petroleum and petroleum products that are part of the technological installations or used as technological devices.
Нормы распространяются на склады нефти и нефтепродуктов и устанавливают противопожарные требования к ним. Нормы не распространяются на: склады нефти и нефтепродуктов негражданского назначения, проектируемые по специальным нормам; склады сжиженных углеводородных газов; склады нефти и нефтепродуктов с давлением насыщенных паров более 93,1 кПа (700 мм. Рт. Ст.) при температуре 20 град. С; склады синтетических жирозаменителей; подземные хранилища нефти и нефтепродуктов, сооружаемые геотехнологическими и горными способами в непроницаемых для этих продуктов массивов горных пород, и ледогрунтовые хранилища для нефти и нефтепродуктов; резервуары и другие емкости для нефти и нефтепродуктов, входящие в состав технологических установок или используемые в качестве технологических аппаратов.
