The standard applies to preserves of properly prepared fruits, berries, walnuts, melons or rose petals, boiled in sugar or sugar-syrup, with or without added food acids and spices, and sets requirements for products manufactured for the needs of the national economy and export.
Стандарт распространяется на варенье из подготовленных соответствующим образом плодов, ягод, грецких орехов, дыни или лепестков роз, сваренных в сахарном или сахаро-паточном сиропе с добавлением или без добавления пищевых кислот и пряностей, и устанавливает требования к продукции, изготовляемой для нужд народного хозяйства и экспорта.
