The standard applies to cast iron and steel cast, split and chopped shot, intended for: for shot blasting and shot blasting of castings, forgings, rolled steel; for surface hardening of heavily loaded parts such as shafts, springs, springs, gears; for notching (training) rolls of rolling mills and other technological operations.
