The standard applies to frozen fish of oceanic fishing, of all families and species, caught in the ocean and adjacent seas and bays. The standard does not apply to frozen fish produced according to GOST 1168, GOST 17661, as well as anchovy, herring (except sardines, sardinella, sardinops, or chickens), cartilage fish, capelin fat, big eyes.
Стандарт распространяется на мороженую рыбу океанического промысла, всех семейств и видов, вылавливаемую в океане и прилегающих к ним морях и заливах. Стандарт не распространяется на мороженую рыбу, изготовляемую по ГОСТ 1168, ГОСТ 17661, а также анчоусовые, сельдевые (кроме сардины, сардинеллы, сардинопса, илиши, помолобуса), хрящевые рыбы, мойву жирную, большеглаза.
