Leakage current protection mining apparatuses for mains designed for voltages up to 1 200 v

Status: Effective. The limitation of the effectiveness period has been lifted: Protocol No. 3-93 of the IGU dated 03.03.93 (IUS 5-6-1993)
The standard applies to miner leakage current protection devices, which include all-network leakage protection devices, devices for compensating for the capacitive component of leakage current (built into protection or individual devices), phase short-circuit couplers and preventive control and blocking devices designed to protect people from injury electric current and other dangerous consequences of current leakage to the earth in electric networks of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz and voltage up to 1200 V with isol transformer neutral neutrals used in underground mines of coal and mining enterprises. The standard does not apply to selective protection devices, high-speed devices for systems of advanced shutdown and devices for networks powered by semiconductor converters.
Стандарт распространяется на рудничные аппараты защиты от токов утечки, к которым относят аппараты общесетевой защиты от утечек, устройства компенсации емкостной составляющей тока утечки (встраиваемые в аппараты защиты или индивидуального исполнения), фазные короткозымыкатели и аппараты предупредительного контроля и блокировки, предназначенные для защиты людей от поражения электрическим током и других опасных последствий утечек тока на землю в электрических сетях трехфазного переменного тока частотой 50 Гц напряжением до 1200 В с изолированной нейтралью трансформатора, применяемые в подземных выработках угольных и горнорудных предприятий. Стандарт не распространяется на аппараты селективной зашиты, быстродействующие аппараты для систем опережающего отключения и аппараты для сетей, питающихся от полупроводниковых преобразователей.
