The standard applies to mining electrical equipment and establishes technical requirements for solid electrical insulating materials - plastics (thermosetting and thermoplastic), thermosetting resins and compounds, laminated plastics, electroceramics, mica and asbestos materials, electrical insulating parts and assembly joints, electrical insulation materials, applying materials in the mine electrical equipment, intended for underground workings of mines, and also establishes requirements for ways echki and clearances, test methods of electrical insulation.
Стандарт распространяется на рудничное электрооборудование и устанавливает технические требования к твердым электроизоляционным материалам - пластическим массам (термореактивным и термопластичным), термореактивным смолам и компаундам, слоистым пластикам, электрокерамике, слюдяным и асбестовым материалам, к электроизоляционным деталям и сборочным соединениям, к конструкциям электрической изоляции, применяемым в рудничном электрооборудовании, предназначенном для подземных выработок шахт, а также устанавливает требования к путям утечки и электрическим зазорам, методы испытания электрической изоляции.
