Status: Effective - Supersedes. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Protocol No. 5-94 of the IGU dated 05.17.94 (IUS 11-12-1994)
The standard applies to plastic miner's helmets designed to protect workers from mechanical damage, electric shock and water. The standard establishes the types and basic dimensions, test methods, acceptance rules, manufacturer's warranty of mining plastic helmets, as well as their technical requirements.
Стандарт распространяется на пластмассовые шахтерские каски, предназначенные для защиты работающих от механических повреждений, поражения электрическим током и от воды.
