General specifications (OTU) apply to the overhaul of oil-filled inlets for nominal voltages of 110-330 kV with paper-oil and oil-barrier insulation, manufactured in accordance with GOST 10693-81, GOST 23865-79 and specifications of the manufacturer, hermetic and unpressurized performance over the full life of 25 years. OTU are obligatory for enterprises (organizations) of the Ministry of Energy and Electrification of the USSR, making repairs, accepting from repairs, operating repaired inputs, and also for enterprises (organizations) developing repair documentation. OTU are the main document in the development of technical documentation for the overhaul of specific types of inputs.
Общие технические условия (ОТУ) распространяются на капитальный ремонт вводов маслонаполненных на номинальные напряжения 110-330 кВ с бумажно-масляной и маслобарьерной изоляцией, изготовленных в соответствии о ГОСТ 10693-81, ГОСТ 23865-79 и техническим условиям завода-изготовителя, герметичного и негерметичного исполнения в течение полного срока службы, равного 25 годам. ОТУ обязательны для предприятий (организаций) Министерства энергетики и электрификации СССР, производящих ремонт, принимающих из ремонта, эксплуатирующих отремонтированные вводы, а также для предприятий (организаций), разрабатывающих ремонтную документацию. ОТУ являются основным документом при разработке технической документации на капитальный ремонт конкретных типов вводов.
