Instructions on the operating, servicing and repair of gas pipeline fiber optic communication lines (focls)

The instruction establishes: the main requirements of the technological regulations for the operation of FOCL station and linear cable structures, transmission channels and paths, multiplex and regeneration sections of digital transmission systems (STS), as well as their individual elements; order of diagnostics, repair and liquidation of emergency situations at the facilities of linear cable structures (LKS) of fiber optic lines of gas pipelines; the procedure for the commissioning of fiber optic lines; safety rules for operation of fiber optic pipelines.
Инструкция устанавливает: основные требования технологического регламента по эксплуатации станционных и линейно-кабельных сооружений ВОЛС, каналов и трактов передачи, мультиплексных и регенерационных секции цифровых систем передачи (СЦП), а также их отдельных элементов; порядок диагностики, ремонта и ликвидации аварийных ситуаций на объектах линейно-кабельных сооружений (ЛКС) ВОЛС газопроводов; порядок приемки в эксплуатацию ВОЛС газопроводов; правила техники безопасности при эксплуатации ВОЛС газопроводов.
