Sanitary rules and regulations are designed to prevent adverse effects on humans of harmful factors accompanying work with video display terminals and personal electronic computers and determine sanitary requirements for: - design and manufacture of domestic, and operation of domestic and imported VDT on the basis of electron-beam tubes used in all types of electronic computers, production equipment and gaming complexes based on PC; - design, manufacture of domestic and operation of domestic and imported VDT and PC; - design, construction and reconstruction of premises intended for the operation of all types of computers, PCs, production equipment and gaming systems based on PCs; - ensuring safe working conditions for users of VDT and PC.
Санитарные правила и нормы предназначены для предотвращения неблагоприятного воздействия на человека вредных факторов, сопровождающих работы с видеодисплейными терминалами и персональными электронно-вычислительными машинами и определяют санитарно-гигиенические требования к: - проектированию и изготовлению отечественных, и эксплуатации отечественных и импортных ВДТ на базе электронно-лучевых трубок , используемых во всех типах электронно-вычислительных машин, в производственном оборудовании и игровых комплексах на базе ПЭВМ; - проектированию, изготовлению отечественных и эксплуатации отечественных и импортных ВДТ и ПЭВМ; - проектированию, строительству и реконструкции помещений, предназначенных для эксплуатации всех типов ЭВМ, ПЭВМ, производственного оборудования и игровых комплексов на базе ПЭВМ; - обеспечению безопасных условий труда пользователей ВДТ и ПЭВМ.
