The requirements of these rules and regulations must be observed when carrying out and accepting work on the construction of new and renovation of existing permanent bridges (including overpasses, viaducts, ramps, pedestrian bridges) and pipes under rail embankments, subway and tram lines, highways roads of agricultural enterprises and organizations and roads of industrial enterprises), on the streets and roads of cities, towns and villages, unless otherwise provided by the project
