The standard applies to refined sugar - a food product, which is an additionally refined (refined) sugar in the form of pieces (lump refined sugar), crystals (refined granulated sugar and sucrose for champagne) and crushed crystals (refined powder), intended for sale in the trading network, industrial processing and other purposes.
Стандарт распространяется на сахар-рафинад -пищевой продукт, представляющий собой дополнительно очищенный (рафинированный) сахар в виде кусков (кусковой сахар-рафинад), кристаллов (рафинированный сахар-песок и сахароза для шампанского) и измельченных кристаллов (рафинадная пудра), предназначенная для реализации в торговой сети, промышленной переработки и других целей.
