These recommendations apply to the metrological assurance of oil accounting (mass of oil) during its transportation through the system of trunk pipelines of Transneft, JSC, and establish the main provisions of this metrological support, as well as the procedure for organizing and keeping records of oil mass during its transportation
Настоящие рекомендации распространяются на метрологическое обеспечение учета нефти (массы нефти) при ее транспортировке по системе магистральных нефтепроводов ОАО «АК «Транснефть» и устанавливают основные положения данного метрологического обеспечения, а также порядок организации и ведения учета массы нефти при ее транспортировке
