The standard applies to steel vessels and apparatus operating under internal overpressure of more than 10 to 130 MPa at a wall temperature not lower than minus 40 and not higher than 525 degrees C and establishes general technical requirements for manufacturing, construction, materials, methods of control and testing, acceptance and supply of vessels and apparatus with cases in forged, forged-welded, multi-layer rolled, rolled-welded and stamped-welded versions designed for use in chemical, petrochemical, oil refining production, in the production of mineral fertilizers, as well as other related industries
