Правила устройства и безопасной эксплуатации технологических трубопроводов распространяются на проектирование, устройство, изготовление, монтаж, эксплуатацию и ремонт стационарных стальных технологических трубопроводов, предназначенных для транспортирования газообразных, парообразных и жидких сред в диапазоне от остаточного давления (вакуум) 0,001 МПа (0,01 кгс/см2) до условного давления 320 МПа (3200 кгс/см2) и рабочих температур от минус 196 до плюс 700 градусов Цельсия на химических, нефтехимических, нефтеперерабатывающих, газоперерабатывающих, химико-фармацевтических, целлюлозно-бумажных, микробиологических, коксохимических, нефте- и газодобывающих предприятиях
