By order of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision dated January 25, 2013 No. 28 to consider the resolution of the Federal Mining and Industrial Supervision of Russia dated June 10, 2003 No. 80 as non-applicable (the order shall enter into force 10 days after its official publication, the text of the order published in the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" dated 02.26.2013 No. 41)

The rules apply to projected, newly manufactured and modernized steel process pipelines designed to transport gaseous, vaporous and liquid media in the range of residual pressure (vacuum) of 0.001 MPa

Правила распространяются на проектируемые, вновь изготавливаемые и модернизируемые стальные технологические трубопроводы, предназначенные для транспортирования газообразных, парообразных и жидких сред в диапазоне от остаточного давления (вакуума) 0,001 МПа (0,01 кгс/см2) до условного давления 320 МПа (3200 кгс/см2) и рабочих температур от минус 196 °С до 700 °С и эксплуатирующиеся на опасных производственных объектах
