Standards apply to the design of pile foundations of newly constructed and reconstructed buildings and structures. Norms do not apply to the design of pile foundations of buildings and structures erected on permafrost soils, pile foundations of machines with dynamic loads, as well as the supports of offshore oilfield and other structures erected on the continental shelf with an immersion depth of supports more than 35 m
