The standards apply to portable and mobile fire extinguishers (with a total weight of up to 400 kg) designed to extinguish fires of classes A, B, C, and E, and set requirements for the selection, placement, maintenance of fire extinguishers, as well as for the technical equipment of organizations that recharge and fire extinguisher tests.
