Guidelines establish hygienic requirements for the organization and control of water disinfection. Designed for organizations, enterprises and other economic entities operating sewage systems and exercising production control, engaged in the design, construction, reconstruction of sewage treatment plants, as well as bodies and institutions of the sanitary-epidemiological service, providing state and departmental supervision of the state of reservoirs in water use areas of the population, the use of sewage in industrial water supply systems and for irrigation of agricultural land.
Методические указания устанавливают гигиенические требования к организации и контролю за обеззараживанием воды. Предназначаются для организаций, предприятий и иных хозяйственных субъектов, эксплуатирующих системы канализации и осуществляющих производственный контроль, занимающихся проектированием, строительством, реконструкцией очистных сооружений, а также органов и учреждений санитарно-эпидемиологической службы, обеспечивающих государственный и ведомственный надзор за состоянием водоемов в местах водопользования населения, использованием сточных вод в системах промышленного водоснабжения и для орошения сельскохозяйственных угодий.
