Methodical instructions on the procedure for developing a plan for the localization and liquidation of emergency situations (PLAS) at chemical-technological facilities establish the procedure for developing PLAS, requirements for its composition, content, form, approval procedure and revision.
Методические указания о порядке разработки плана локализации и ликвидации аварийных ситуаций (ПЛАС) на химико-технологических объектах устанавливают порядок разработки ПЛАС, требования к его составу, содержанию, форме, процедуре утверждения и пересмотра.
