Hygienic requirements to organizations of civil execution and civil works

Sanitary rules are intended to ensure optimal working conditions and the labor process in organizing and conducting construction work, reducing the risk of injury to workers, as well as the population living in the zone of influence of the construction industry. Sanitary rules establish hygienic requirements for construction production and organization of construction work, certain types of construction work, working conditions and organization of the labor process, organization of work in an open area during the cold season and under the conditions of the heating microclimate, shift-forwarding method of construction, preventive measures and protection environmental requirements, as well as requirements for monitoring their implementation. Sanitary rules are intended for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in organizing and carrying out construction work for new construction, expansion, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, and overhaul of buildings and structures.
Санитарные правила предназначены для обеспечения оптимальных условий труда и трудового процесса при организации и проведении строительных работ, снижения риска нарушения здоровья работающих, а также населения, проживающего в зоне влияния строительного производства. Санитарные правила устанавливают гигиенические требования к строительному производству и организации строительных работ, отдельным видам строительных работ, условиям труда и организации трудового процесса, организации работ на открытой территории в холодный период года и в условиях нагревающего микроклимата, вахтово-экспедиционному методу строительства, профилактическим мерам и охране окружающей среды, а также требования к проведению контроля за их выполнением. Санитарные правила предназначены для юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей, осуществляющих организацию и производство строительных работ при новом строительстве, расширении, реконструкции, техническом перевооружении, капитальном ремонте зданий и сооружений.
