Recycled ferrous metals
Status: Effective - Supersedes. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Protocol No. 2-92 of the IGU dated 05.10.92 (IUS 2-1993)
The standard applies to secondary ferrous metals intended for use as a metal charge in metallurgical furnaces in the smelting of steel and iron, in the manufacture of steel and iron castings in the production of ferroalloys, as well as for processing for subsequent use in metallurgical furnaces.
