The rules establish general requirements for the organization and procedure for acceptance of petroleum products at oil depots, gas stations and fuel warehouses for tapping of oil pipelines and are mandatory for all enterprises and organizations of oil pipelines, as well as consumers and suppliers using the services of oil pipelines enterprises (MNPP), regardless of departmental subordination and forms of ownership
Правила устанавливают общие требования к организации и порядку приемосдачи нефтепродуктов на нефтебазы, АЗС и склады ГСМ по отводам магистральных нефтепродуктопроводов и являются обязательными для всех предприятий и организаций магистральных нефтепродуктопроводов, а также потребителей и поставщиков, пользующихся услугами предприятий магистральных нефтепродуктопроводов (МНПП), независимо от их ведомственной подчиненности и форм собственности
